Privacy

The short version

We build software that works without knowing who you are. No accounts, no tracking, no analytics, no advertising, no profiles. We have nothing to sell because we collect nothing to sell.

What we collect

Nothing, by design. Our websites and apps don't ask you to sign in, don't set tracking cookies, and don't load third-party analytics or advertising trackers. We don't build profiles, and we don't follow you across the web.

The narrow exceptions

We want to be straight with you about the two places limited data is unavoidable:

• Hosting and delivery. Our sites and apps are served through infrastructure providers (such as Cloudflare). To deliver content and protect against abuse, these providers may process standard technical data — like your IP address and browser type — transiently as part of normal operation. We don't control, access, or retain this beyond the provider's own handling.
• When you contact us. If you email us, we receive whatever you choose to send. We use it only to reply to you. We don't add you to any list and we don't share it.

Data on your device

Some of our apps save data — your settings or your work — so they're there when you come back. When they do, that data stays on your device. It isn't sent to us and we can't see it. Clearing your browser or app storage removes it.

Cookies and tracking

We don't use cookies to track you, and we don't use third-party analytics or advertising networks. An app may use local storage on your own device to function, as described above.

Sharing and selling

We don't sell, rent, or trade personal information — to anyone, for any reason.

Children's privacy

Our products are not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone, children included.

Your rights

Because we don't hold personal information about you, there's usually nothing for us to look up, correct, or delete. If you have a question about your privacy, email us and we'll answer honestly.

Changes to this policy

If we change how this works, we'll update this page and the date at the top. The current version always lives here.

Scope

This policy applies to Punk Labs and the apps and services we publish, unless a specific app shows its own privacy notice — in which case that notice governs that app.
